Baxter Community Center’s Annual Luncheon
May 17, 2017 – 12pm | Baxter Community Center
Baxter Community Center’s Growing Roots luncheon takes place every Spring. It is an opportunity for friends of Baxter to learn more about our continued work to provide a safe place to go, grow and know for our neighbors. It is the perfect opportunity to introduce coworkers, friends and family to Baxter’s vital work.
How does it work?
The event is intended for those with a busy schedule. We invite you to arrive at 11:45 for parking and registration. Food is served promptly at noon as the program gets underway. As we introduce you to our efforts to respond to the human needs of our neighbors, we hope you will be compelled to make an investment in Baxter’s work. An ask for financial support will be made.
How to register
Registration to Growing Roots is available starting in early April. Please know that we invest precious resources to offer this lunch free of cost in hopes to build relationships with individuals who will help support our work. If you register and are unable to attend, we expect that you will give us advance warning so we can fill your seat. Space is extremely limited.
Can I host a table?
If you are interested in hosting a table of 8, please contact Baxter’s Development Director, Juan Fernandez at: email@example.com
Do you need sponsors/underwriters?
Yes! Underwriters help offset the cost of the event. Please contact Baxter’s Development Director, Juan Fernandez at: firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more.
