Baxter’s facilities are available for community use on a request basis.
A security deposit will be required for each room upon reservation of the room. The Grace Room and Hope Room security deposit is $50, the Mezzanine and Gymnasium is $100. If no damages are incurred, the deposit will be returned within five (5) business days. Payment may be made with check, cash, or money order.
A room deposit is likely to be required to hold your event date within three (3) business days following approval. If deposit is not received, the approval will be withdrawn. The balance of the rental fee must be submitted no less than one week prior to the event. If no damages are incurred, the deposit will be returned within five (5) business days. Payment may be made with check, cash, or money order.
A full refund of the deposit will be made if the reservation is cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. In the case of bad weather, six (6) hours advance notice must be received to have deposit refunded. Rental fees will not be returned.
A Baxter Community Center designee will unlock the building at the time specified on the reservation form as “Time to Begin Setting Up” and secure it after use. Keys to the building will not be provided to any unauthorized person.
